Croisette has been the advisor and acted as the leasing agent for Reitir hf

We are delighted to announce that Croisette Iceland has just brokered a lease agreement between Reitir and OZ gamning in a beautiful office in the old down by the Reykjavik harbour in a new 3 year lease. We managed to secure a lease with OZ to take over the facilities of the former occupier K3 Tecnologies in the UK, without loosing any period in the leasing of the office for the landlord.

This deal was done is collaboration with Savills in the UK.
